All it ever does is state "Sorry we're not ready for you yet. We're working on improving your app experience" and directs me to use the T-Mobile website. Over 4 months this has been going on. It worked once, when I first installed it. Since then, this.
I cannot activate my SIM card but I have access to online things such as Facebook email banking cash app etc.. but yeah I still cannot make a phone call without them talking to the account holder...

WORST PHONE APP EVER !
The app brings me to download Sprint. Not a member of Sprint
Unfortunately this didn't/ hasn't worked out, they charge you for 411 and for responding to a 2 second call to ask who is this? (Thought it was) (unlimited local& long) (distance calls) some carriers also include directory assistance, they don't and they don't tell you that when you sign up! It's just a surprise on your bill that they won't take off! $210. Bill for this ( I always paid (my monthly phone bill) but they won't take off these surprise charges! won't work with them ever again!!
